Welcome to week 3 of your internship with Concussion Alliance! All of you have been crushing it. This week, you will start making a game plan for your projects and try to meet with your mentors! We hope that this curriculum load continues to suit you well.

Our first expert guest speaker this week is Dr. Nick Reed on Tuesday at 10:00 am PT | 12:00 pm CT | 1:00 pm ET; Dr. Reed is an Associate Professor in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. Our second expert guest speaker this week is Kimberley Nemi on Friday at 12:00 pm PT | 2:00 pm CT | 3:00 pm ET; Kim Nemi OTR/L, CBIS, is a senior-level occupational therapist at SUNY Upstate Medical University. You can check out her short profile on our website here.
We’ll have our second Discussion on Shaken Brain Chapters 5-7 on Wednesday at 10:00 am PT | 12:00 pm CT | 1:00 pm ET.
We’ll also have one group social activity this week! We have our weekly Social Hour on Friday at 10:00 am PT | 12:00 pm CT | 1:00 pm ET.

Sign up here for a thirty-minute appointment slot with your project partner on Tuesday to discuss your project with the admin team. The start times are every half hour from 11:30 PT to 2:30 PT. Only sign up for one slot per team!
Draft the two start-up docs with your partner—more information coming during our Monday check-in meeting. Find your templates in your project folder. Ensuring you are working on the existing docs in your folder is vital.
