Concussion Curriculum
Check out SCHOOLFirst, a Canadian concussion resource for students and educators, created in part by the Oak Concussion lab (headed by this week’s guest speaker Dr. Nick Reed). We’d like you to spend ~40-60 min on the site, exploring both the content of the resources themselves and how they’re designed/presented. This is a great opportunity to think about how educational material is conveyed in advance of hearing from Dr. Reed and starting on your own projects.
This page of resources is also good to check out (from the site): https://schoolfirstconcussion.ca/downloads-and-other-resources/
Check out how collaborative care can impact the recovery of children with a concussion Fewer Symptoms With Collaborative Care — Concussion Alliance (~40 m)
